2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
a. Account and business information.
Your name, email address, business name, business address, phone number, and other contact details you provide when signing up. Information about your real estate business — target market, services, specialties, brand voice samples — used to personalize content generation. Billing and payment information, which is processed through our third-party payment processor and not stored on our servers.
b. Connected social media account data.
When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others as supported), we receive — through each platform's official authorization flow — the access credentials and data that the platform makes available. This may include:
- Your account profile information (username, display name, profile picture, follower counts)
- Your posted content and post metadata (captions, comments, engagement metrics)
- Permission to publish new content on your behalf when you instruct us to
We only access social media data that is necessary to operate the features you have explicitly enabled.
c. Content you provide.
Brand voice documents, sample social posts, photography, videos, and other materials you upload. Approved drafts, edits, and feedback you provide to the Service.
d. Automatically collected information.
Log data including browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent, and other usage information. Device information including operating system, device type, and screen size. Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate marketing content drafts (captions, ideas, briefs) personalized to your brand
- Publish content to your connected social media accounts when you instruct us to
- Communicate with you about the Service, including account updates and support
- Improve and develop new features
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or request deletion (see Section 8), we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as tax records) or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Access tokens for your connected social media accounts are deleted immediately upon account disconnection or deletion.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of access tokens and sensitive credentials at rest
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls and authentication on our systems
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we work continuously to protect your information.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information (see our Data Deletion page for instructions)
- Portability: request a portable copy of your data
- Objection or restriction: object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent: disconnect any connected social media account at any time through the dashboard

For California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale. We do not sell personal information.
For EU and UK residents. Under the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing your personal information is (a) the performance of our contract with you, (b) your consent for specific processing activities, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
Prop AI is based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service before the change takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
